This merchandise is manufactured by the lamination of pvc foil to the raw side and long sides of the one-sided laminated mdf. It can be produced in the requested lengths. It s highly preferred because it decreases the labor costs of the manufacturers. It s used in the cover/door productions of all furniture types. It has glossy and matte surfaces. It s resistant to water and moisture and easily cleanable. PVC edge bands or laths are used for side coverings.
After the raw mdf plate is cut in the requested dimensions, it s variously shaped by removing saw-dust from its surfaces with cutting blades. Then pvc folios with adequate width are covered to produce wooden profiles. The wooden profiles are used in kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, bedrooms, the cabinet doors of hotel and office furniture, wall linings, light bands, baseboards, headers, thickenings, corners, table legs and surface profiles. They can be matte or glossy. Furthermore, infinite color options are presented by covering paintable folio to the surfaces. It s resistant to water and moisture and it s easily cleanable.
